We provide ongoing support for consumer's so they are able to effectively manage their own personal healthcare. We also assist in advocating for our consumers if their personal healthcare needs are not being met. ILS workers collaborate with all other interdisciplinary team members that the consumer feels are relevant to their personal healthcare.
