Empowering Mind's is a licensed provider of Independent Living Skills Training serving consumers in Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, and Wahsington counties. Our focus is to develop consumer supported plans that address the specific needs of each individual.

Independent Living Skills Training is a service provided in a community setting or in the individual's residence.

Rick is a former Independent Living Skills consumer who received assistance in household and healthcare management. He has always been an inspiration and continues to bicycle over 5000 miles a year. (Pictured to the left)

Referral Form

In addition to CADI/TBI waiver recipients, we also serve private pay consumers and veterans referred by the Veteran Administration.

Independent Living Skills Training is a service provided to consumers through county CADI/BI waiver programs. These waiver programs allow access to additional services to help people with disabilities to remain in the community and live more productive lives.
